Berkshire Bank hires John Prividera, VP, regional branch manager, Capital District
As Berkshire Bank expands its reach in New York, it has appointed John Prividera as regional manager, overseeing the branch network in the Capital District market.
Prividera comes to Berkshire Bank with over 30 years of retail banking experience. He most recently worked at First Niagara Bank where he was Albany area sales manager and business sales manager since 2005. Prior to that, he worked at M&T Bank in Albany as a business banking relationship manager. He also served in similar capacities at Fleet Bank and Key Bank. Prividera holds a B.S. in business management/marketing from Empire State College and a diploma in applied banking from the American Institute of Banking.

Prividera has been active with various boards including the Albany-Colonie Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement of NENY, Albany Rotary International and the Boys & Girls Club of Albany.
