DRM's Peter Robb confirmed as NLRB general counsel

Robb joined DRM as a director in 1995. He chaired the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group from 2000 to 2009 and served as deputy managing partner from 2009 to 2012. He has extensive experience representing employers in traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining, union election campaigns, managing strikes, unfair labor practice charges, labor arbitration and related litigation.
