Mary Kate has been a licensed Realtor since 2005 and will now operate her vacation rental business, GMVR, out of the TPW Stratton Vacation Center in Bondville, VT. Growing up in Dorset, VT and now raising a family in Londonderry, Mary Kate knows those old back roads in Southern Vermont. She has over 13 years of experience in the Southern Vermont area - in fact, as a Realtor she's always worked right at the base of Stratton Mountain. In addition to sales, she also owns a vacation rental agency, Green Mountain Vacation Rentals, where she handles short term rentals for families on winter vacation, and for events in the area, such as the annual Wanderlust Festival, and Vermont Summer Horse Show Festival.
