PT360 has two new employees at their employee-owned physical therapy cooperative. JonQ Choi, DPT, received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from UVM in 2017. He looks at the human body as a dynamic system, aiming to optimize the patient’s ability to learn motor skills and functional patterns. He is committed to creating rehabilitation plans catered to each individual and believes in building positive relationships with his patients to better understand their needs. Outside of work, JonQ is an active member in his church. He enjoys hiking, fishing, snowboarding, and sampling Vermont’s vast selection of craft beers.

Gena Braman, PTA, has over 17 years of experience as a therapist in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She has worked as a Certified Weight Trainer and PTA and has treated a wide variety of patients including post surgical, orthopedic, neurological and those with chronic pain. Gena’s goal is to provide patients with the tools needed to maintain wellness, and firmly believes that recovery works best in a fun, upbeat atmosphere! On the weekend, you will find Gena in her flower garden, decorating cakes, or playing at the beach with her husband and two young daughters.

PT360 is the first and only employee-owned physical therapy practice in the US. After two years, PT360 employees have the option of becoming an owner. The company currently has 17 owners dispersed throughout their three locations—Shelburne, Burlington, and Williston.
