Pomerleau Real Estate has announced that Sparkle Klean has leased 1,300 SF in the stand alone building in the St Albans Shopping Plaza. Kendra Kenney represented both the owners, Pomerleau Real Estate, and the Tenants. 

We are excited to welcome Wilder Art Studio to the Bailey Building in Montpelier. The Art Studio will be taking over the former first floor salon space, occupying 1,300 SF of prime retail frontage on Main Street! Kendra Kenney represented both the owners, Pomerleau Real Estate, and the Tenants. 

We are excited to welcome Castle Advisors to 177 Battery Street in Burlington! Castle Advisors leased 1,900 SF on the first floor of the building, taking advantage of the beautiful lake views. Kendra Kenney represented the building owner, and Steve Donahue of Donahue & Associates represented the Tenants. 

66 Knight Lane has a new salon Tenant. The new owner, Kelsey Rossini, is excited to open her doors and welcome clients into the 1,900 SF space. The space went under major renovation and has a beautiful new interior. Kendra Kenney of Pomerleau Real Estate represented both the building owner, David Lewis, and the Tenant. 

Aubuchon Realty Corporation sold a 10,000 sf building located at 204 Swanton Road, St. Albans VT to BuckoCoCoRealty, LLC. Brad Worthen, VP Commercial and Business Brokerage, Pomerleau Real Estate, Burlington, VT represented the sellers. Paul Clark, Paul Poquette Realty Group, St Albans represented the buyers.

Aubuchon Realty Corporation leased 5,478 sq ft of retail space located at 149 South Main Street, Waterbury VT to Central Vermont Habitat for Humanity, Inc. Brad Worthen, VP Commercial and Business Brokerage, and Associate Johann Meyer, both with Pomerleau Real Estate, Burlington, VT represented the landlord. Soren Pfeffer, Central Vermont Real Estate represented the tenant.
