VITL appoints programmer analyst

Vermont Information Technology Leaders, Inc (VITL) has named Jonathan Bowley as its new programmer analyst. As part of the operations team, he will perform system analysis and design, and develop, maintain, test and document software for use within VITL. He will also assist in system selections, installations and provide technical support.

Bowley joined VITL after working as a senior database administrator for the University of Vermont Medical Center, and as the associate director of health information technology & compliance at the Community Health Centers of Burlington, VT. He was also employed at The New England Alliance for Health as a contracts analyst, and spent a year in Paris, France as a professor of English at Epitech University.

Bowley holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Western Governors University, a Master of Arts in French from Middlebury College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Romance Languages from the University of Vermont.
