PT360 expands with new employees in Shelburne and Williston

PT360 has two new employees at their employee-owned physical therapy cooperative with 17 owners. Hillary Keating, DPT, joined the team at PT360’s Shelburne location and at the Williston location, Katie Pontbriand has joined PT360 as a Billing Specialist.

Hillary received a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Columbia University in 2015, and worked in NYC for 2 years before returning home to VT. Hillary focuses on optimizing posture and movement patterns with body awareness, and collaborates with other healthcare practitioners to provide holistic and comprehensive care. She is certified in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SMFA) and has taken courses through the Institute of Physical Art (IPA). Hillary enjoys singing, playing the piano, playing any sport, and going on epic hikes with her husband.

A Pennsylvania native, Katie received her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from UVM. She has worked as a Speech Therapy Aide/Instructional Assistant for students with special needs. In her free time, Katie enjoys exploring the outdoors with family, friends, and her two rescue pups.

PT360 is the first and only employee-owned physical therapy practice in the US After two years, PT360 employees have the option of becoming an owner. The company currently has 17 owners dispersed throughout their three locations—Shelburne, Burlington, and Williston.
