ARC Mechanical announces recent hirings and promotion

ARC Mechanical has announced the hiring of new employees in several departments, as well as the promotion of one employee.

Debra Belyea, a Pike, NH, resident, is ARC’s new receptionist. She has over 20 years of experience working with the public in various settings of service, construction, legal and medical. She was previously employed at DHMC’s Engineering Department for several years and the law office of Clauson Atwood & Spaneas in Hanover for several years. Debra has a thirst for knowledge and holds a cosmetology diploma, computer competency certificate, paralegal certificate, massage therapy diploma, and licensed nursing assistant certificate. Debra feels she has used a piece of each certificate/diploma in any position she has worked. ARC looks forward to her applying her skills to her new position.

Kathy Eastman, a Sutton, VT, resident, joined ARC as our new Service Dispatcher. Kathy comes to ARC with dispatching experience from Irving Oil and the VT State Police. Kathy holds four college degrees: Bachelors in General Studies, Associates in Paralegal; Associates in Criminal Justice; Associates in Human Services. In her free time she enjoys water color painting, boating and golfing.

Aaron Keith, a Keene, NH, resident, joined ARC as a service technician apprentice. He will work primarily out of our West Chesterfield, NH office and cover the Keene and Brattleboro region. Aaron graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute for HVAC/R Technology in November 2012. He enjoys outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, and four wheeling.

Ray Klinger, a Bath, NH, resident, joined ARC sales team, bringing an in-depth knowledge and experience in the HVAC industry, ranging from installation and technician to sales and distribution at the national level. Working in our Littleton, NH office, Ray will cover St. Johnsbury, Littleton, and the surrounding area. ARC is thrilled to have such an experienced professional on our team and look forward to growing our business while continuing to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Jeff Morris, a Whitefield, NH, resident, comes to ARC with many years of experience in repair of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, pneumatics, hydraulics, water, sewer and building construction systems. He has a BA in Electrical Engineering. He holds a NH Master Electrician license and gas fitters license as well as NATE and NORA certification for oil and refrigeration. Jeff and his family operate a rescue farm for miniature donkeys, chickens and goats.

Matt Savard, a Hinsdale, NH, resident, joined ARC earlier this year as a service technician. Matt served in the Air Force and attended HVAC/R technical school, and completed Level 7 Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning course. He has his Associates degree in Mechanical and Electrical Technology.

Andrew Smith, a Fitzwilliam, NH, resident, is a Journeyman plumber of 8 years and works primarily in our southern region. He obtained his plumbing license through Keene Community Education program. When not working he enjoys hunting, fishing and softball.

Katie Stygles, a Piermont, NH, resident, has been promoted to Accounting Assistant. Katie, who will graduate in December with an Associate degree in Accounting from the Community College of Vermont, has been with ARC for four years. We were very fortunate to have someone in house, who knows our processes and ComputerEase software. Katie spends much of her spare time with her horses, Gauge and Maya.

Travis Trask, a Wells River, VT, resident, is an HVAC system installer for ARC. Travis joined the Vermont National Guard in 2009 and is a Combat Medic. He completed the Army Mountaineering School, and enjoys hunting, fishing and softball in his spare time.

Tyler Williams is another new service technician apprentice. Tyler graduated from Springfield High School, and is enrolled in an HVAC course. As an apprentice, he'll work alongside an experienced technician and learn as he works.
