ARC Mechanical hires 12 employees in 2017 to meet increased growth

ARC is pleased to announce the addition of the following individuals to our team in 2017: Kristina Boyle, Jeff Brown, Janet Bryer, Keith Charron, Angie Fisk, Nathan Kleinschmidt, Steve Nonemacher, Nick Piper, Eddie Rodriguez, Brad Rostron, Zach Steel, and Peggy Welch.

Service Department:

Kristina Boyle, a Wells River, VT, resident, a service technician, completed an intense 6-week HVAC course in Texas where she volunteered for extra studies. Kristina served 12 years in the US Army.

Jeff Brown, a Lebanon, NH, resident, joined ARC as a service technician apprentice. Jeff has a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Janet Bryer, a Groton, VT, resident, is ARC’s service dispatcher. She has numerous years’ experience in managing and prioritizing multiple customer requests.

Steve Nonemacher, a Randolph, VT, resident, is a service technician with nearly 13 years’ experience in the repair and maintenance of HVAC/R equipment.

Eddie Rodriguez, a Springfield, VT, resident, is a service technician. Eddie graduated from Southern Maine Community College after completing a 2-year HVAC program.

Brad Rostron, a Windsor, VT, resident, is a service technician with over 11 years’ experience in the service and installation of HVAC equipment.

Estimating Department:

Nathan Kleinschmidt, a Lebanon, NH, resident, joins our estimating team. Nathan has over 11 years’ experience in designing and selling HVAC systems. He has a bachelor’s in business administration.

Administrative Department:

Angie Fisk, a Bradford, VT, resident, joins ARC’s front office staff. In addition to other administrative duties, Angie is responsible for preparing O&M manuals and registering HVAC equipment for the manufacturers’ warranty.

Peggy Welch, a Topsham, VT, resident, is ARC’s new controller. Peggy has 17 years’ accounting experience in the construction industry.

Contracting Department:

Keith Charron, an East Haven, VT, resident, is a licensed plumber in New Hampshire and Vermont with over 6 years’ experience in the installation and repair of plumbing and HVAC systems.

Nick Piper, a Plainfield, NH, resident, is a licensed plumber in New Hampshire and Vermont with over 15 years’ experience in the installation and repair of plumbing and HVAC systems.

Zach Steel, a Cornish, NH, resident, is a third-year plumbing apprentice. He also holds a degree in biology and is fluent in Spanish.
