Howard Center appoints Jacqueline Dragon to HR Director

Jacqueline Dragon joined Howard Center as Human Resources Director in December. Ms Dragon will provide strategic leadership for Human Resources to include workforce planning and employee engagement for the organizations 1,500 employee workforce.

She brings extensive experience in human resources to the team, and we look forward to the impact her background, energy, and vision will have on achieving our agency strategic objectives,” says Sandy McGuire, Chief Financial and Operations Officer.

Ms Dragon has over 20 years of experience in human resources leadership roles in multiple industries, including work with Merchants Bank, Spectrum, and Barry Callebaut, the Swiss chocolate manufacturer. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Springfield College, and certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources certificate. She is engaged with and actively supports several local non-profits.

Ms Dragon lives in Burlington with her family and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including biking, hiking and running, as well as yoga and meditation practice.
