Peter J. McDougall elected to board at CCS

Peter J. McDougall of Paul Frank + Collins has been elected as the President of the Board of Directors of Champlain Community Services, Inc. (“CCS”).   CCS is a United Way member agency that has provided support to people with developmental disabilities throughout northern Vermont for over 40 years.  The mission of CCS is to help individuals with developmental disabilities experience all of life's opportunities by enhancing self-esteem, maximizing independence and enabling community membership. CCS offers one-to-one employment, residential, school-transition, and social supports to adults and children with developmental disabilities.

Mr. McDougall is a member of the Captive Insurance and Corporate law teams at Paul Frank + Collins, with a focus on financial and business services. He has served on the CCS board for over two years and was the vice-president for the past year.

Since that time Rene Paquette also served as Director of Sales and Production Manager, and was promoted to his current post as company Vice President in charge of Operations.
