Paul T Carroccio earns highest professional recognition

TPW's CEO, Paul T. Carroccio, has earned the Community Associates Institute (CAI) highest professional credential, PCAM —Professional Community Association Manager - The pinnacle of community association management. CAI provides education, tools and resources to people who govern and manage homeowners associations, condominiums and other planned communities. CAI’s mission is to help their members make the communities they manage a better—even preferred—place to call home. The PCAM designation is the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management. As of today, there are only 2 professionals in the state of Vermont with the PCAM designation.

TPW has offices in the Mount Snow Resort, Okemo Mountain Resort, Pico/Killington Resort, Stratton Mountain Resort, Smugglers’ Mountain, and Manchester Vermont areas and manages over 2000 homes at associations in these locations. Utilizing the expertise of in-house teams of Certified Water System Operators, TPW also manages and operates 40 community-based and municipal water systems throughout the state. The company employs Community Association Institute certified managers with specialties in the areas such as financial management, community association governance, and capital project management. In addition to maintenance staff, licensed engineers with backgrounds in structural/building design and construction are also in-house.

“Earning the PCAM certification took over three years and countless hours of course work” says Paul T. or “senior” as he is known to the employees of TPW. “We employ qualified service technicians, credentialed managers and engineers with an in-depth understanding of property, infrastructure, and building issues. The PCAM certification is just another way to assure that we do what we can to maintain our reputation as a highly regarded professional management company”. Named as “One of the Top Ten Places in Vermont to Work” by Vermont Business Magazine, in 2006 and 2008, TPW is majority owned by the father/son team of Paul W. & Paul T. Carroccio who insist on treating their employees – their greatest asset – as if they too were family.
