Community College of Vermont graduate Matthew Moore and faculty member April Zajko received awards from the Vermont Association for the Education of Young Children at the organization's annual conference Nov. 7.

Emilie Grenier, a former executive at the software development firm Calendly, has been appointed vice president of people and talent at Encore Renewable Energy, a leading full-service community and utility-scale renewable energy development company. In her new position, Grenier will guide Encore’s growing workforce.

The Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital Auxiliary elected the following officers during its annual meeting Nov. 3: Susan Carr (pictured), president; David Miller, vice president; Tracey Herold, treasurer; and Ellen Rowe, secretary. The newly elected officials will serve until the 2025 term.
