Audrey Jackson, former real estate professional at eXp Realty in Bangor, Maine, has joined Passumpsic Bank as a residential loan adviser, serving the Greater Vermont market. In her new role, Jackson will work closely with homebuyers to educate them on mortgage loan products and guide them in selecting the best financing options for their needs.

Leslie Black-Plumeau, research and community relations director at the Vermont Housing Finance Agency, has joined the board of directors of the Public Assets Institute, Vermont’s independent research organization on state budget, tax and economic issues.

Black-Plumeau has 25 years of professional experience in program evaluation and public policy research in the areas of housing, human services and community development. She is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and holds a master's degree in public policy from the University at Albany.
