The Upper Valley Business Alliance, a regional chamber of commerce based in Lebanon, New Hampshire, has welcomed five new members to its board of directors.

Jo-Ann Church has joined Ledyard National Bank as senior vice president and chief credit officer. She has more than 30 years' experience in banking, primarily in the New Hampshire market, and possesses extensive knowledge in all aspects of credit risk management.

Church most recently served as senior vice president and senior credit officer at Northway Bank. Prior to that, she was senior vice president and team leader at Chaston Associates and vice president and credit manager at Ocean Bank.
