Caribou Maine to install Vermont made wood pellet boilers

Four projects in Caribou Maine will utilize commercial wood pellet boilers manufactured in Rutland Vermont USA by Webiomass Inc. Contracts for the Fire Station, City Hall, Library, and Recreation Center projects were awarded to Trane/ Ingersoll Rand- Energy Services for purchase and installation of these boilers.

Webiomass Thermon series high efficiency commercial pellet boilers were selected due to their flexibility, size, performance, and features. Delivery of the boilers is expected in January 2013 with initial and preparatory work expected to begin immediately.

Webiomass Inc. will provide on project completion, an award of $5000.00 to the City of Caribou for the purchase of premium wood pellet fuels under their “Municipal Assistance Program” in which a fuel award is given based on the unit(s) purchased to assist municipalities in converting to biomass with Webiomass products. Details on this program may be obtained from Webiomass Inc. and is available for most municipal projects within the continental United States.
