WHO: Vermont Clean Cities Coalition, NC Solar Center/NC State University and Wake Technical Community College, Raleigh, NC are hosting an educational workshop with funding provided from the U.S. Department of Energy. This workshop is intended for fleet managers, technicians, technology providers, public and private sector managers, government officials, vehicle dealers, and the general public.
WHAT: Fuel Economy/Idle Reduction is a FREE ½ day workshop given by national, state and local experts that will provide success stories, initiatives and practical information on the following topics: vehicle choice - right sizing for the job; proper maintenance; driver behavior; fuel economy; idle reduction technologies - costs and benefits; fuel choice; emerging technologies; resources and more
