Dinner on the Farm

Scott Farm's heirloom apples will be featured at every course.  Tristan Toleno, Vermont Fresh Network president and owner/chef of Brattleboro's Riverview Cafe will present the dinner.  Zeke Goodband will lead a tasting of apples featured on the menu.  Vermont cheese and apples to start.  Puff pastry with curry brushed apple.  Local pork roasted with Lady apples.  Vermont chicken with Reine des Reinette apples.  Mixed greens with Dolgo crab apples,  Hudson's Golden Gem, and goat cheese.  Wild rice with Northern Spy and Baldwin.  Winter squash with a cider reduction.  Calville Blanc d'Hiver, Rhode Island Greening, and Belle de Boskoop crostada with cider reduction and maple syrup mousse.  Heirloom apples will be available for purchase.  Reservations required.
