Advanced Hard Cider Workshop with Marlboro resident and cider maker Jason MacArthur.
Have you made hard ciders in the past which came out wonderfully, terribly, or somewhere in between? Do you want to meet and talk with other cider makers about techniques, apple varieties, equipment, etc.? Participants should bring cider to share. All skill levels are welcome and we will discuss what might have gone wrong (or right!) with the ciders you bring.
Workshop fee $25 (or two workshops, Intro and Advanced, for $40)
