Manchester Food & Wine Classic Seminars Now on Sale

Tickets to all Manchester Food & Wine Classic seminars are now available for purchase. In addition to the Classic's signature events – Best of the Fest August 25 and the Grand Tasting August 26 – food, wine, and outdoor lovers can experience many unique seminars that cater to their specific tastes and interests.

FRIDAY, AUGUST 25

Sup & Suds

  • Time:  10:00am - 12:30pm
  • Price: $95
  • Location: Stratton

Experienced instructors will guide you through the sport of SUP, including boards, paddles, stroke technique and more. Whether you're new to the sport or experienced, you will improve your skills on the water, all the while taking in the gorgeous views of the Green Mountains.

Wine and Nine

  • Time: Noon – 3:00pm

  • Location: The Equinox Golf Course

Nestled in the heart of the Green Mountains, the links at The Equinox will test your game, while the dramatic scenery tests your focus. The Best Ball format allows you to combine your love for both golf and wine in a fun, relaxed setting. Following a nine-hole round, enjoy a leisurely lunch at Dormy Grille.

Books and Bottles

Join Award-winning author and Advanced Sommelier Alice Feiring as she introduces a new way to enjoy wine. Her latest book, The Dirty Guide to Wine: Following Flavor from Ground to Glass organizes wines by soil. Enjoy a selection of wines while indulging in delicious artisan cheeses.

Sip, Swirl and Dine

Executive Chef Vanessa Davis of The Copper Grouse will provide a sophisticated evening tucked inside a comfort-driven tavern. Enjoy a fixed menu (of the Chef's choosing) of a four-course artfully crafted cuisine in a premier dining setting.

Best of the Fest – Presented by Wine Enthusiast

Kick-off the weekend at the enchanting Equinox Resort for one of Manchester Food & Wine Classic's signature events. Only the best of the best wines will be featured here, along with impressive culinary feats from Chef Daniel Black. This event is a unique chance to spend one-on-one time with your favorite winery, listen to live music, and enjoy some delicious bites. Along with a great selection of international and domestic wines, you will also have the opportunity to sample beers and fine spirits. 

SATURDAY, AUGUST 26

Vinyasa & Vino

In this private wonderland of peace, you will be led on a three-hour all-inclusive break from civilization. After a gondola ride with stunning views, you will arrive at the summit of Stratton Mountain on a one-of-a-kind yoga deck. Following yoga, a contemporary gourmet lunch by Stratton Mountain Club's private chef awaits you.

Hike to Fire Lookout

  • Time: 10:00am – 1:00pm

Grab your hiking boots and hit the trails with this energizing and enjoyable trek to this magnificent National Historic Landmark. The Fire Tower sits atop the tallest peak in southern Vermont. Atop the mountain, end your day with a delicious catered lunch by Stratton Mountain Club.

Land Rover Experience

One of Land Rover's professional off road driving instructors will take you for a 25-minute ride through a purpose built, closed course with obstacles including severe inclines, steep descents and side tilts. End your excursion at the top of Equinox Mountain and indulge in a delicious, catered lunch while you take in the breathtaking views of the Green Mountains.

Blends and Bentos

Experience and taste the art of Japanese homestyle cuisine while admiring some of the most intricate art by local Vermont artists. Chefs Katsuko Lord and Chie Addington will provide a unique dining experience with authentic Japanese dishes.

Grand Tasting

The Grand Tasting hosts an impressive selection of domestic and international wines, premium craft beer and spirits, gourmet food purveyors, and live music. As the largest gathering of the Festival, this event features over 500 different wines and 20+ local restaurants. The Toast sits at the base of the beautiful Stratton Mountain providing a picturesque setting for the signature event of the weekend.

SUNDAY, AUGUST 27

Sparkles Around the World

The Perfect Wife's private chef will prepare a variety of global dishes for brunch that complement sparkling wines from many regions. Indulge in Italian bites paired with prosecco, old-fashioned pancakes with American sparkling wine, and so much more.
