LEDC sponsoring workshop on developing negotiation skills

  One of the most important skills that everyone needs to possess to be successful in business and in life in general is how to negotiate.  Whether one is negotiating a business deal, the price of a new car or house or the place to take the family vacation, knowing how to negotiate effectively is a must.  Emily Gould, the presenter of this workshop says, “In business we’re trained to persuade by having all the answers and that preparation is key to negotiation success.  But when we focus on persuasion, we often miss a critical source of personal power, our ability to tap the power of what isn’t said.”  In this workshop you will discover how your ability to deal with the unspoken conversation can bring real world negotiation success to generate synergistic deals, create a harmonious workplace, forge fierce customer loyalty and inspire innovations that meet the needs of a rapidly changing world.
