Yestermorrow Annual Summer Lecture Series - June 24th through August 26th
Yestermorrow Design/Build School will once again hold its popular Summer Lecture Series beginning June 24th. The lectures will be held on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM in the studio of the School’s Warren, Vermont campus. All lectures are free and open to the public.
Yestermorrow Design/Build School has been bringing Mad River Valley residents and visitors together since 2000 by hosting a Summer Lecture Series. These free events have featured over 75 speakers and films ranging in topics as diverse as sustainable communities of the future to handicapped accessible tree houses to contemporary furniture making.

July 22 - Continuous Transformations: Something Old, Something New in Making Next Generation Buildings with Matthew O’Connell
July 29 - The Power of Information in a Clean Energy Economy with Dan Reicher
August 5 - Residential Energy When the Energy Runs Out: Beyond Energy Efficiency with Li Ling Young
August 12 - Redevelopment of Burlington's Waterfront: A 25-Year Journey of Green and Social Design & Construction with Melinda Moulton
August 19 - Beyond Compost: Advanced Uses of Compost and Geotextile Materials with Buzz Ferver
August 26 - Pressure Building (Concrete Falls in Love): Flexible Fabric Molds for Forming Cast Concrete Structure and Architecture with Mark West.
