The Education Coaching Professional Certificate teaches school administrators, team leaders and teachers how to use coaching to improve school climate and academic results, while building and maintaining a culture of support and opportunity.

A coaching package is included in the Certificate Program:
- Two 30–45 minute individual coaching sessions
- One two–hour group coaching follow up session 3:00 to 5:00pm, September 24, 2009 (This will take place at the Coaching Center of Vermont, Winooski, VT)
- Invitation to subsequent group coaching follow ups as part of our continuous learning community
- Light breakfast and lunch
