What:             Seminar Providing Updates on Major Environmental and Development

                        Regulations in Vermont, including Proposed Archeology Rule Revisions

When:             July 30, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm

Where:           Capitol Plaza Hotel, Montpelier

 

On July 30, Associated Industries of Vermont will host a seminar with presentations and

audience discussion on the major regulatory developments impacting stormwater, groundwater,

wetlands, permit reforms enacted this year by the state Legislature, and prospects for new

legislation next year.  There will also be a special focus on the major issues and concerns

surrounding archeological rules in Vermont and rule revisions being proposed by the Agency of

Commerce and Community Development. 

 

Presenters will include agency personnel and private sector professionals.

 

ANR Secretary Jonathan Wood will give a luncheon address and take audience questions

on issues of interest.
