Executive Chef Mark Timms of Topnotch Resort and Spa cooks up 2nd annual culinary

event to benefit the Vermont Campaign to End Childhood Hunger

Topnotch Resort and Spa in Stowe, VT will host the 2nd Annual Star Chef Food & Wine Show on August 21, 2010. Chefs will prepare signature dishes in tented “tasting stations” and a number of renowned winemakers, bakeries, and cheesemakers will also be featured. Tickets are $45 each and include unlimited tastings. All proceeds from the event will go to the Vermont Campaign to End Childhood Hunger, a statewide nonprofit working to end the injustice of hunger for all Vermonters.
