Southern Vermont College is introducing a new, eight-session program this summer so that aspiring business leaders may earn an E4 Certificate in Organizational Excellence. Based on criteria for the National Malcolm Baldrige Award, often viewed as the highest standards for quality in the industry, the E4 program stands for Efficiency, Effectiveness, Enrichment and Excellence. The Rutland Region Chamber of Commerce is proud to present the 29th Annual Winter In August Celebration!
