The Capstone Project is the culmination of a student's work in a program. While it is similar to a master's thesis, the goal of the Capstone is to solve a real problem for a real organization. For many, Capstone Projects are actual, working developments that will be applied by the student's employer or will be used to launch a new business by the student.

The Open House Weekend is the public celebration of the maple syrup season in Vermont and an opportunity for the public to visit one or more “sugarhouses” throughout the state to learn about Vermont’s first agricultural crop of the year.

Champlain College's 2010 Spring Job Fair will be held Monday, March 29 in the Champlain College IDX Student Life Center, Argosy Gym, 262 South Willard St. Job fair hours are 1:30 to 5:30 p.m., admission is free and open to the public.
